今天来分享的是【奥卢】的莎娜，她将着眼于后疫情时代的中芬旅游市场给出她的期待和展望，请大家聆听和参考。
莎娜：大家好，我是奥卢的莎娜Johanna Salmela。
大家一定知道奥卢就是芬兰的第五大城市，是芬兰北部最重要的城市。（这段莎娜是用中文说的，说的真棒！）
In terms of tourism development from China in the past four years, we in Oulu region have focused on two main themes.
在中国的旅游业发展方面，过去四年来，我们在奥卢地区专注于两个主要主题。
The first one is educational travel, both education professionals interested in the Finnish education system and camp school groups.
第一个是教育旅游，包括对芬兰教育系统感兴趣的专业人士和营地学校团体。
And the second one is the mass groups who are on their way to Lapland, and who could use Oulu airport as their gateway to Lapland.
第二个群体是计划前往拉普兰的游客，奥卢机场作为重要的交通枢纽可以作为通往拉普兰的门户。
For both target groups, we have good services and we were on a good growth track until the Covid-19.
对于这两个目标群体，我们有很好的服务，并且再Covid-19之前一直处在稳定增长的轨道上。
Now of course, all the travel have stopped. After the Covid-19, we believe that Chinese tourism to Finland will resume around next Chinese New Year. The next year in 2020.
可惜的是，现在所有旅行都被终止了。我们有信心，在Covid-19结束之后，中国赴芬兰的旅游市场会在下一个春节前后恢复。大概就是2022年的时候。
The Chinese have a huge need to get to travel and there will be a tough international competition to attract them because all over the world, the tourism industry has suffered a lot.
中国旅游市场潜力非常大，世界各地为了吸引中国游客都面临着剧烈的国际竞争，因为世界各地的旅游业在疫情期间都受到了很大的冲击。
Finland of course has certain advantages in this situation. One is our flight connections and good accessibility. And the second one is our safety as a destination.
当然，芬兰仍然具有一定优势。一是我们的航班正常保证了旅行的可行性。二是我们目前的旅行情况相对来说很安全。
In the future, also the Chinese tourists will pay even more attention to safety issue including having enough space. There will still be mass tourism, but more and more Chinese travelers will be looking for something different, more individual and authentic experiences and also a closer connection with the nature. So we will see more and more new kind of Chinese travelers also here in Finland.
将来，中国游客将更加关注安全问题，比如是否有足够的空间。大众旅游路线仍然会继续正常运作，但是越来越多的中国游客在寻找小众独特的旅行地，寻找更多个性化和本地化的体验，以及更加亲近自然。因此，我们将会在芬兰看到越来越多新潮的中国游客。
This is in line with global trends and we here in Finland need to develop our tourism services and products more into that direction so that they are digitally available for younger generations who are used to buying everything online and that there is enough information available online.
这与全球总体旅行趋势一致。我们芬兰这里需要将我们的旅游服务和产品更多的朝向这个方向发展，以便能够用数字化的方式，吸引哪些习惯于网络购物的年青一代。并且在数字媒体平台提供足够有用的信息。
We at VisitOulu are now in the frontline in Finland to digitalize our services.It is a big task but it is our priority now.
目前我们在VisitOulu，正在努力把我们的服务数字化。虽然这是个艰巨的任务，但我们也会把它作为首要任务。
